Business Development Representative

We’re hiring for an entry-level role working within the Corporate Sales Team. Focusing on product development, customer engagement, customer relationships, sales, aftercare and marketing.

This is an exciting role enabling the successful candidate the opportunity to grow within an expanding business.

Key responsibilities

  • Managing customer database
  • Making outbound business to business sales calls to existing and potential customers
  • Identifying new customers
  • Identifying customer requirements
  • Building customer rapport
  • Identify sales opportunities
  • Work with our sales reps on customer quotations (where applicable)
  • Promote product portfolio and special offers
  • Promote the brand on social media platforms

  • Introduction to IT manufacturers and products
  • Entry-level product training
  • Introduction into the sales process
  • Introduction into client management
  • Introduction to marketing
  • Introduction to purchasing

Salary: Base £18-24k (subject to experience)

Bonus –
• Up to 25% quarterly bonus on product sales
• Up to 10% quarterly bonus based upon KPI

• 1 year in a similar role preferable

Reporting to Sales Manager and working with a Senior Sales Representative

Location: Bracknell (Office based)

Hours: 0845-1745
