UPS Standard
Next business day delivery during the day to the UK mainland. Scheduled day-definite delivery within five days throughout Europe depending on origin and destination.
UPS Express
Next day delivery by 10:30 a.m. or 12:00 noon to most business addresses in Europe.
UPS Express Saver
Next business day delivery during the day to almost all European business centres.
Collection
If you wish to collect your order in person or use your own shipping account (UPS, DHL, TNT and FedEx). Please add your shipping instructions to your order at checkout.
Warranty
LA Micro UK's base warranty covers parts replacement and support from our technical team via phone, email and our web based support ticket system.
While our base level of support will resolve 95% of issues without the need for an engineer to be on site we do also offer a number of enhanced warranty services. Within the base warranty if a critical failure occurs we can arrange the collection and repair of a unit on a very fast turn around and even send an advance replacement system if the circumstances dictate it.
However we do also have a number of on site and mission critical support services available too, which we can quote on a bespoke basis.
On Site Warranty Cover:
- Level 4 – NBD Engineer to site.
- Level 3 – 4 hour response, 09:00-17:00 excluding bank holidays
- Level 2 – 4 hour response, 08:00-2000 excluding bank holidays
- Level 1 – 4 hour response, 24 x 7 including bank holidays]
